Who We Are

Austin Sales Associates LLC is an independent manufacturers’ representative agency, based in Oklahoma City, OK.  

 

Austin Sales Associates is a continuation of Jim Austin Sales, which was started in 1962.  Over the years, the company name and personnel have changed, but it has remained a family business that is now in it’s third generation.

 

Today, Austin Sales Associates represents both commercial and residential manufacturers in the state of Oklahoma.  Since the beginning, our primary focus has always been in the plumbing industry, however, we have taken on door and cabinet hardware lines in the past few years.

 

Austin Sales Associates LLC’s personnel is Jeff Austin, Jeri Austin Lunsford, Courtney Longcrier, and Renee Coghill.

 

What We Do

Austin Sales Associates LLC strives to provide total and effective coverage for represented principals.  We facilitate the generation of business by planned sales calls on architects, engineers, owners and distributors.

 

As a manufacturers’ representative, our role is to promote and create awareness of products with distributors and specifiers; to train distributors and specifiers about the features, functions and benefits of each manufacturer’s products; and to provide customer service and support before, during and after a sale.
