Who We Are

Austin Sales Associates is an independent manufacturers’ representative agency, based in Oklahoma City, OK.  We represent manufacturers in the plumbing industry.

Austin Sales Associates is a continuation of Jim Austin Sales, which was started in 1962.  Over the years, the company name and personnel have changed, but it has remained a family business that is now in it’s third generation.  Today, Austin Sales Associates represents both commercial and residential manufacturers in the state of Oklahoma. 

Austin Sales Associates is owned by Jeff Austin.  Austin Sales Associates employees are Jeri Austin Lunsford and Renee Coghill.

What We Do

Austin Sales Associates strives to provide total and effective coverage for represented manufacturers.  We facilitate the generation of business by planned sales calls on designers, architects, engineers, contractors, owners and distributors.

As a manufacturers’ representative, our role is to promote and create awareness of products with distributors and specifiers; to train distributors and specifiers about the features, functions and benefits of each manufacturer’s products; and to provide customer service and support before, during and after a sale.
